Appointments within Houston’s inner loop are included and incur no extra cost.
Appointments outside the Inner Loop may incur a travel fee based on distance.
Any applicable fee will be discussed and confirmed before your appointment is booked.
New Patient Information
All new patients require a Good Faith Exam (GFE) — a brief virtual consultation with our Medical Director to ensure your treatment is safe and appropriate. $35 as a standalone service, or $45 bundled with a B12 shot as our Welcome Package (save $25).
