ABOUT
CASA SANA

Casa Sana HTX was built on a simple belief: you shouldn’t have to wait until you’re running on empty to invest in how you feel.

We’re Daniel and Kaylynn, two registered nurses, co-founders, and proud Houstonians who saw a gap between the level of clinical care people deserve and what’s actually accessible. So we built something different. Casa Sana HTX brings professional-grade IV hydration and wellness services directly to you — whether that’s your home, office, hotel, or event — delivered with the same clinical expertise, warmth, and attention you’d expect in a healthcare setting, minus the waiting room.

Our backgrounds are rooted in high-acuity patient care—spanning pre-op, post-anesthesia, critical care, and leadership. Vascular access, medication administration, and patient safety form the foundation of everything we do. That clinical foundation is what sets Casa Sana apart.

But Casa Sana HTX is more than a wellness service. Casa Sana means “healthy home” in Spanish, and for us, it resonates deeply with our Mexican heritage. As first-generation Hispanic founders, we built this company rooted in community, trust, and family. Just like a healthy home is a place of care, comfort, and strength, we designed Casa Sana to fit into your life—making wellness personal, accessible, and always on your terms.

Whether you’re recovering, recharging, or refusing to slow down, we’re here to meet you where you are.

Hydrate. Restore. Repeat.

About Casa Sana

Step into the calm

Meet Daniel Garcia
Cofounder & Registered Nurse

Daniel Garcia, RN, is the co-founder behind Casa Sana HTX, bringing over 13 years of nursing experience to the forefront of mobile wellness. Born in California and proudly rooted in Texas, Daniel has worked across ICU, OR, pre-op, and recovery settings, as well as clinical leadership. His focus is on making preventive wellness accessible, ensuring patients feel empowered long before they feel run down.

Daniel is a proud Mexican-American whose upbringing instilled a deep sense of community and trust; values at the heart of Casa Sana HTX. The vision? A wellness service that feels like home; personalized, professional, and convenient.

Currently, Daniel is expanding his expertise even further by growing Casa Sana’s offerings and staying at the forefront of patient care innovation. When he’s not caring for clients, you’ll likely find Daniel exploring new restaurants with his boyfriend, planning their next travel adventure, snapping photos, or spending time with his mini Goldendoodle, Simba.

At Casa Sana HTX, Daniel’s mission is simple: Hydrate. Restore. Repeat.

Meet Kaylynn Sierra
Cofounder & Registered Nurse

Kaylynn, RN, co-founder of Casa Sana HTX, combines a background in Public Health with over a decade of clinical experience. A Houston native, she earned her degree from Syracuse University, where she first developed her belief in proactive care; wellness that starts before illness sets in.

As a nurse, Kaylynn has cared for pediatric and adult patients in preoperative and post-anesthesia care settings. With expertise in vascular access, medication administration, and patient monitoring, mobile IV therapy became a natural extension of her skillset.

As a first-generation Hispanic woman, Kaylynn envisioned Casa Sana HTX as a wellness service rooted in her community.

Her goal is to make preventive care accessible, warm, and built on trust. Now pursuing her Family Nurse Practitioner degree, Kaylynn is committed to advancing both her expertise and Casa Sana’s mission.

Beyond nursing, Kaylynn brings the same energy to her personal life. Whether she’s running half marathons, traveling the world with her husband, or pushing herself in a hot sculpt class, Kaylynn embodies the Casa Sana spirit; wellness as a way of life.

At Casa Sana HTX, she invites you to Hydrate. Restore. Repeat.
